Allen Gayle received his undergraduate degree, BA in Business Administration, from UNC Charlotte in 1984. He went on to earn his Master of Divinity and Master of Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC in 1988. Allen is married to Pamela W Gayle and has 4 children and 9 grandchildren.  He joined Downing & Gayle Insurance Services, Inc in Raleigh, NC in 1998 and became President in 2010 until his retirement in 2018.  He is serving as President of Mission 2 Mission Ministries.
